To verify a blog in the google search console tool or webmaster tools, first visit the webmaster tools or search console tool.
Go to the home page of the Search console tool and click on the "ADD A PROPERTY" button.
Now enter your website / blog url here Then click on Add button.
Now in the new window, you will see two google site verification methods, Click on Alternate methods.
Then click on the HTML tag (Meta tag). And copy the given meta tag.
For submit site to google, Where to paste the Meta tag into the Blogger or Blogspot blog :
- Now go to your Blogger Dashboard and sign in.(blogger sign in)
- Now go to your blog that you want to verify, then click on "Theme" in the Dashboard.
- Now click on the "Edit HTML" link inside "Theme" which will allow you to edit the HTML of your blog template.
- Now paste the copied meta tag just after the <head> element and click on the "SAVE TEMPLATE" button.
- Go to webmaster tools now And click on the "verify" button.
- Now, your blog has been verified in google search console tools. Now you can use the search console tool.
